It is located on a high floor, offering an exceptional view of the marina, the Baie des Anges, the sea and the mountains of the Nice hinterland. The residence has a 24-hour receptionist, security cameras and badge access, including direct access to the marina and the beach.
The apartment consists of:
- an entrance with cupboard
- a corridor with a second cupboard,
- a bathroom with WC
- a living room with a dining area facing a fully equipped kitchenette
- a living room with a very comfortable sofa, convertible into a real bed for 2 people 140cm x 200cm, a coffee table, a TV on a pretty living room unit.
You will have a balcony terrace with a table and two garden armchairs to enjoy the view and outdoor meals.
Between Cannes and Nice, the Marina Baie des Anges is ideally located for visiting the Côte D'Azur; It offers an exceptional living environment with its marina, its shops, its restaurants open all year round and its beaches on each side as far as the eye can see where you can stroll, swim, practice water activities, hike the along the Rives du Loup, at Parc de Vaugrenier or on the Lérins Islands!
