A little paradise on the shores of Lake Geneva, we welcome you to a pretty 32 m² studio located in the heart of the Port Ripaille Marina, in THONON.
This comfortable apartment has an independent equipped kitchen, a living room including a 140x200 foldaway bed, a sofa, a dining area, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
You can also enjoy a private enclosed garden on the south side and its garden furniture.
Free private parking.
Within the Marina, the Club House restaurant, the swimming pool and the immediate proximity of the private beach to the lake will seduce you as well as numerous sports facilities at your disposal: 4 tennis courts, ping-pong, volleyball, ball games, fishing, children's play area.
A mini market is located outside the residence (bread, food, newspapers, etc.)
You will have access to the nature reserve and its bird observatory.
If you have bikes, don't hesitate to bring them, an ideal place for a stroll.
30 minutes from Geneva, 1h20 from Chamonix and 20 minutes from Evian…
Boat excursions are offered from the Port of Thonon or Evian to go to the Swiss Bank (Lausanne, Nyon, etc.)
40 minutes from the Vallée d'Abondance, Morzine, Avoriaz, you will gain altitude, where many mountain hikes await you.
