Hiking trails Bike path"Le Perchoir" is a small studio of 35 m², located in an old Lorraine farm under the roof.
It is an ideal accommodation for short stays, ex. hikers, travellers, cyclists, riders, … We also offer two boxes for horses in the barn opposite.
Access is through a common barn with our Relais "La Pénardière". You can use the barn to store bikes, hiking gear and wash your things. A washing machine and a garden hose are at your disposal.
The studio has a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm), two bedside tables, a small chest of drawers and a chair.
The living room is mainly composed of a kitchen with a table and two chairs.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer section, a gas cooker, a coffee machine, a toaster and a bench seat.
The bathroom is next to the kitchen. It is equipped with a corner bath, a sink and a WC.
The studio is completely heated by a wood stove. You can enjoy the flames, even rest in the bathtub.
"Le Perchoir" is well insulated for energy with wood wool and hemp/lime. You will not fear the summer heat and the cold in the winter.
The studio has a good internet connection, but no TV.
If you are several people, you can rent the "Perchoir" with our Relais la Pénardière (visible on the site) for a longer stay.
