We offer you our pretty studio "La Plagette" in the Residence "Les Maisons sur la Plage" on the first line on the Plage du Grazel.
The studio was renovated in early 2021 and the residence will be renovated in early 2023. It is ideal for a couple or a family with 1 or 2 children.
The studio is located on the 1st floor and consists of a large room, a bathroom and a small separate cabin for the children.
Equipment:
Main piece:
- bed corner (160x200 cm)
- kitchen area equipped for 4 people (induction hob, extractor, fridge-freezer, combined oven with microwave, toaster, washing machine, kettle, electric coffee machine)
- dining area with extendable table with 4 chairs
- sofa, storage cabinet with TV
- fan and electric awning
- large new bay window with double glazing
Bathroom:
- shower, sink, towel dryer, hair dryer and toilet
Cabin:
- bunk bed (80x190 cm), window and small closet
Sheets and towels provided free of charge
Bike room (locked) in the building
Parking either in the residence or in a free car park nearby
Around :
- Grazel beach at 100 m
- all amenities (bakery, restaurants, bars, shops, etc.) at the foot of the building
- Lidl and Intermarché about 1.5 km away (open all year round)
- pedestrian area, very quiet environment
- marina 5 minutes walk
- Les Chalets beach a few minutes by car or bike
