It is located in a closed park, on the edge of a pine forest. Its geographical location on the St Mandrier peninsula makes it a haven of peace just a stone's throw from all the pleasures that the Côte d'Azur offers.
In spring the mimosas display their flowers just under the balcony. In summer it is the song of cicadas that accompanies your days, while in winter the sunsets offer magical and sometimes surprising colors.
The attic apartment is located on the 1st and last floor. It is composed of a 17m² living room with equipped kitchen area, a 4m² bathroom with WC, as well as a 2m² closet entrance. It also has an unobstructed east-facing balcony of more than 4m², with a view of Toulon harbor, and a mezzanine for sleeping.
The condominium benefits from 2 swimming pools and 4 tennis courts, a playground, ping-pong tables and a bowling alley, in a quiet and wooded environment.
