Independent studio of 20 m² with terrace, in a completely renovated architect's house from the 1900s, historically belonging to Sarah Bernhardt's seamstress.
Studio located 10 minutes walk from the pier (around 200 m from the citadel) and 3 minutes walk from buses serving the entire island, garden view. Quiet location.
Shared parking and garden (2 caravans in place for seasonal workers) with free access to our guests, as well as the laundry room with the washing machine.

Renovated studio with independent entrance from the terrace, facing south. You can enjoy pleasant breakfasts and lunches in the sun! The terrace is shared with my family but you have your corner just for you, and in season we work a lot and are at home little.

Kitchenette with hood, induction hob, microwave, and fridge.
1 140x200 bed with storage underneath and at the head of the bed (wardrobe and shelves), new.
1 table for 2 with chairs, and small lounge area.
The house WiFi is shared and available in the studio.

IMPORTANT :
We provide you with sheets and towels and covid-19 circumstances: change, disinfection, cleaning and quarantine of pillows and bed duvets between each tenant.
20 € cleaning is requested because we apply the disinfection protocol between each rental and clean the bed and bath linen.
Most of the cleaning must be done before your departure (take out the trash, etc.)
