- a living room with a 160 wide BZ sofa bed (sheets provided), a table, 4 chairs, 2 armchairs, a sideboard and a dresser, television, radio
- a kitchenette with 2 induction hobs, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, mixer, waffle maker-croque monsieur, kettle, microwave, hood
- a sleeping area with 2 90x190 bunk beds (sheets not provided) (the upper bed is not suitable for a child under 6 years old)
