The bedding is new and of very good quality.
There is a TV in the bedroom.
You have, in front of the house, the small port of Léré, and a lawn which borders the port, which is about 50 m², 10 meters in front of the windows of the kitchen and the bedrooms, and on this lawn, you have 3 large tables and six benches for lunch, dinner, or just to sit down. This space is very little used, and this throughout the year.
You can also sit around the table and garden chairs in the studio's private garden.
The accommodation being on the ground floor, it has 5 steps to access it, then 4 steps to access the studio, the house is not made to accommodate people with reduced mobility.
