Private poolRent very nice studio for 2 people in Saint-François, in the heart of the marina, in the secure residence les marines 4, with a tropical park and 3 swimming pools, seen on the garden and the marina.
The studio is located on the 1st floor, a few steps from the shops (restaurants, bakery, supermarket, newsagent, banks, doctors, pharmacy, etc...) the golf course is 200m away, the fishing port, the town center as well than the market 250m from the residence.
The nautical base and its beach is located 150m away (paddle, pedal boat, kayak, kitesurf etc...).
The studio is equipped with a main room with air conditioning and fan, convertible sofa bed 160/200, radio cd, television, safe, iron, hair dryer, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. A terrace with table and chairs, fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, 4-burner ceramic hob), fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, electric oven, and all kitchen utensils.
Sheets, hand and bath towels, as well as tea towels and pillows are provided.
Free WiFi, free outdoor parking in front of the residence.
You can take an excursion to the magnificent island of Petite Terre departing from the marina and head towards the port for the neighboring islands (Les Saintes, Marie Galante, La Désirade).
Pointe à Pitre airport (Caribbean hub) is located 35 km from Saint-François.
