It has 2 swimming pools open in July/August with one day closed per week - In June and September one pool out of two is open. 2 bowling greens and 2 children's play areas in the residence. all leisure activities a few hundred meters away - Port and town center ten minutes on foot - 2 local shopping centers 150 meters away

The major assets of this apartment: the pretty, very well exposed terrace with a view of the residence's park, and being able to do everything on foot.
Hygiene conditions: sheets and towels are not provided - disposable mattress protectors and pillow protectors provided on each arrival.

Terms of cancelation
Signing the contract irrevocably binds both parties. No termination is possible except with the written agreement of the parties or in the event of force majeure. If the lessee gives up the rental, he remains liable for the full rent: it is strongly recommended to take out cancellation insurance.
COVID measures: the owner undertakes to reimburse the holidaymaker in full in the event of cancellation up to 24 hours before the holidaymaker's arrival in the event of the implementation of restrictive measures by the Government. Apart from this reason of impediment, full reimbursement does not apply.

Other conditions
Sheets and towels are not provided. Disposable mattress protection is provided for each change of tenant.
Upon your arrival, two deposits will be required: the usual “rental” deposit of €400 and a “cleaning” deposit of €50. These checks are not cashed and are returned within 30 days of departure at the latest.
Cleaning must be carried out by the tenants: the apartment must be returned as clean as on arrival. In the event of no cleaning, or insufficient cleaning, the deposit of €50 is collected.

Cleaning must be done before your departure. Failing this, the “household” deposit will be cashed.

The rental is inclusive of charges, including tourist tax, i.e. €1/day/person. For stays in cold periods, a "heating" supplement will be requested depending on the dates of stay.

"A refaire sans hésiter"
Mieux que les photos. Nous avons apprécié les repas sur la terrasse, le parfait équipement du studio, la plage à deux pas tout comme les commerces. Et pour se distraire le Casino tout près comme le Luna-park. Et sans prendre la voiture !

"Excellent séjour"
L'accueil a été parfait. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et de bons conseils.
Le logement est très bien situé (commerces à proximité), bien aménagé, il ne manque rien.
La plage est accessible à pieds, de même que les pistes cyclables pour visiter la région.
Nous recommandons ++ et nous reviendrons 👍

3 jours en mai : trop court tant nous avons apprécié cet appartement et notamment sa terrasse pour les repas. Et c'est vrai qu'on peut tout faire à pied : la promenade en bord de mer pour aller au marché, trop bien
