They are housed in an old farmhouse, located in Longjumeau, 17 km from Paris via the A6.
The 4 lodgings are laid out around a large common courtyard, and have garden tables and chairs.
You can park your car within the grounds of the property.
Ideal for your holidays or business trips.
La Ferme de Balizy is a calm and relaxing place.
In the apartments, the fitted kitchen is well equipped, and allows you to prepare meals (fridge, hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, kitchen equipment). Each apartment has its sleeping area, bathroom with shower and WC, TV.
Easy access by A6 and A10, located between exits 5 and 6 of the A6 motorway.
Paris at 17 km, Versailles at 22 km, Massy-Palaiseau TGV station at 7 km.
Paris is 20 minutes away by car, and on average 15 to 20 minutes by train.
The nearest train station is the Balizy-Gravigny RER C station, 800 meters away.
The most practical station is Épinay sur Orge which allows you to reach the center of Paris in about fifteen minutes.
Disneyland® 45 min by car, 1h15 by train
Orly 15 minutes by car.
Versailles 25 minutes by car, 30 minutes by train.
The cottages are non-smoking.
You can park your car in the courtyard of the property (course locked at night). Public transport is nearby and easily accessible.

"un pti air de campagne à deux pas de la ville"
3eme séjour à la ferme de balizy- appartement très agréable, tout est fait pour se sentir comme chez soi. Literie parfaite, environnement calme et bucolique, donne envie d'y séjourner de nouveau et plus longtemps, proprietaire à l'écoute. Notre point de chute pour un séjour en région parisienne

Les gites très bien équipés et la cour fermée ont beaucoup de charme.
Nous avons apprécié le calme de l'endroit et la souplesse pour notre heure de départ.
Nous ne manquerons pas de recommander la Ferme de Balizy et n'hésiterons pas à y revenir lors de nos prochains séjours en région parisienne.

"Séjour gîte la maison de Sophie"
Gîte pour 6 personnes, très spacieux et très bien équipé, propre, literie confortable. Souplesse pour l heure d arrivée, la propriétaire est très sympathique. L endroit est calme et il y a des emplacements pour garer les véhicules dans un enclos fermé
