• The security deposit will be returned on departure or within 14 days if everything is correct. In the event of damage caused by the tenant to the premises and things rented, the amount of the deposit will be reduced by the cost of repairs or replacement on presentation of supporting documents within 2 months.

It will be necessary to specify the number of people (limited to 4, children included) to determine the number of sheets and towels kits.
