It is quietly located on a small, quiet road and is 5 km from the sea.
The property benefits from a beautiful view of the mountain, the Var river and you can even see the sea from the kitchen. It is very calm in nature but by the sea and very close to Nice or Antibes. From the ground floor one can shine throughout the region.
There is a closed parking for 2 cars and a space to store bikes or boards.
