Our Aco de Roman estate, with its three charming cottages, is located in the heart of a protected valley which we fell in love with from the first visit. This privileged place, at an altitude of 860m, is made of woods, meadows and maquis crossed by a whitewater stream with waterfalls and natural swimming pools. Calm and tranquility 11 km from Sisteron.

Our old Provençal farmhouse from 1820 dominates the valley, embracing a vast landscape.
In front of you, the mountain of La Baume which overlooks Sisteron, the mountain of Lure, twin sister of Mont Ventoux, the cliffs of Aigues Champs and Gache.

On the ground floor: Large living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove. Fully equipped American kitchen (dishwasher, 4-burner hob, combined microwave/oven, fridge and freezer). Bathroom with shower, double sinks and large mirror. Separate toilet. Cellar with freezer and washing machine.

Upstairs: 1 mezzanine bedroom with 1 double bed 180X200 and 1 single bed, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 140X200 and 1 single bunk bed, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 160X200.

Way from Sisteron
When you arrive to Sisteron coming from Grenoble, at the giratory after the bridge over Buech river, take Saint Géniez, La Motte du Caire direction by road D951

300m after bridge over Durance river, take on right St Géniez, Authon, col de Fonbelle direction by road D3.

You drive about 10 km on road D3 and on your right you will see a panel “Aco de Roman”. Take the ground road. More 1100m and you are arrive.
