T3 clair, près des thermes marins

The good air of Saint-Malo, 900 m from the Thermes Marins and 200 m from Rochebonne beach, I rent on the 1st floor of a 2-storey stone building, a bright, quiet T3, with a clear view, facing West, in a quiet street in the Courtoisville district of Saint-Malo, close to Paramé.
There is a living room with exposed beams opening onto an American-style kitchen (surface area 26 m²), a bedroom on the street side (East facing) of 11 m², after the corridor a second bedroom of 10 m² adjoining the bathroom . The toilets are separate.
Everything is on parquet floors and the ceilings are high.

Everything is done on foot, Rochebonne beach is accessible from the magnificent Sillon promenade, you can see the sun setting in summer over the city walls and its cathedral and towards Cap Fréhel.
We are not too bothered by the ferries coming from Jersey which go towards the channel. Intramural and its density are half an hour away if you take your time.
There is a grocery store near Avenue de Chateaubriand.

You will find in the photographs the furniture, decoration and household appliances present. No luxury or modernity but everything works.
