Located in the CENTER OF LAMALOU-LES-BAINS, just a 7/9 minute walk to the thermal baths, opposite the BOURGES and STER rehabilitation centers and its garden, on the 3rd floor (no elevator) of a building with a shaded garden located behind the residence (rest, laundry), this old 'maid's room' renovated ecologically, 'original', with period beams, approximately 14 m², with view, suitable for a VALID person.
Close to shops, but far from the noise of the shopping street, with air conditioning (cold and hot), microwave, washing machine, shower (shower seat, grab bar), separate toilet, storage, screen TV flat, double convertible sofa, good quality, my BISTROT is quiet, alone, on its landing.
2 car parks 3 minutes walk away. Most !
LAMALOU, a spa resort at the gateway to the Caroux mountains, is a quaint, lively little town, offering free shows, a market (5 minutes on foot), various restaurants, a casino, a cinema, a swimming pool, tennis...
It benefits from a privileged geographical location, at an altitude of 200 m, close to the sea, wine-growing plains and the mid-mountains.
The 'Bistrot' is an attic and its ceiling height varies but all appliances are accessible. On the other hand, it would not be suitable for a very tall person, I think...
It is fully equipped. No was basin.
Having lived in London I am totally bilingual.
Sheets and towels can exceptionally be provided at a cost for people arriving by plane or train.
