Small T2 house (40 m² duplex) semi-detached, with a view of Sancy, fully equipped with 1 fenced wooden terrace facing south.
Parking in front of the house
You will have:
- a dining area with kitchenette (dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, induction hob, raclette machine, electric coffee maker and kettle, toaster, etc.) open to the lounge area with 1 sofa and TV
- a bathroom (shower with thermostatic mixer, sink, washing machine)
- a separate toilet
- a bedroom (1 double bed 140x190, 1 chest of drawers, cupboard, 2 single bunk beds)
Heating with electric radiators
Garden furniture and parasol
NB: not suitable for people with mobility problems (stairs) and obese people (narrow toilet)
SITUATION
At the foot of the Banne d'Ordanche and located on the heights of Murat-le-Quaire at an altitude of 1100 m, in the heart of the Auvergne volcanoes regional natural park in the Sancy massif, this rental overlooks the valley of the Dordogne and guarantees you a real mountain landscape of the Massif Central with views of the Sancy.
We are located in an area classified as the least polluted in EUROPE with many producer farmers.
Ideally located, surrounded by nature and on the edge of the forest, you will find hiking trails at the foot of the residence.
The Pré-Cohadon lake, 800 m away, allows for a pleasant walk with a small play area for children and a view of the Sancy massif.
