Fully equipped renovated pavilion (air conditioning, washing machine, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, large fridge, freezer, flat screen TV, 2 bicycles, private parking, etc.)
With a large garden of nearly 35 m², its dining area (6 people) and garden furniture, everything is there to enjoy the beautiful days after the beach.
Inside, you will find:
- a living room opened by a large bay window, its Rapido sofa bed (thickness 18 cm, for better comfort) for sleeping 2 people, its screen TV and air conditioning
- a new fully equipped American kitchen, with its bar/dining area
- a bedroom with a cupboard / wardrobe and its bed (140 cm)
- a very nice bathroom with walk-in shower, and a washing machine
- a separate toilet
Side annexes:
- a private, shaded parking space
- a bike room and 2 bikes at your disposal
The residence :
Secure and very pleasant residence, quiet, lined with small adjoining pavilions.
We are located in the Richelieu sector, less than 5 minutes walk from the beach (300 m) and shops / entertainment (bakeries, restaurants, bars, mini-market, etc.), Golf International, Aqualand and 10 min walk from leisure island.
Rental from Saturday to Saturday
Possible short stay and weekend on request

"Proche mer"
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. Le jardin est super, on en a bien profité. on est proche de la mer et des magasins mais au calme. La déco du pavillon est top, la cuisine bien pensée, la douche très grande. Le logement était très propre. Le plus les deux vélos et la place de parking en sous sol
