The garden and swimming pool are to be shared with the owners.
Composed of 2 bedrooms with double beds (140 and 160) cupboards, one of which is on a large mezzanine, bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and WC, lounge area, fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher .
The accommodation opens onto a covered terrace with dining area and plancha, under the olive trees there is a quiet south-facing relaxation lounge area with a superb unobstructed view of the valley and Ste Victoire. Ideal for families, cyclists, and motorcyclists.
