Built in 1750, the Ofenhaus was originally used for baking bread and is situated next to the owner's farm house 1 km from the centre of Murten. It was transformed into a modern studio in 2013 and offers free WiFi and a fully equipped kitchenette.

Set in peaceful surroundings, the studio comes with a Nespresso coffee machine, a terrace and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Oil, salt and sugar are provided in the kitchen. Barbecue facilities are available as well. Final cleaning is included in the rate.

The nearest restaurant and a supermarket in the centre of Murten can be reached on foot in 10 minutes from the Ofenhaus.
