We created this new accommodation in 2021, with 2 accommodations of 25 m² each, with different themes (zen without kitchen and ocean with equipped kitchen), in our image as travelers.

Functional space, relaxation, quality of decoration, impeccable cleanliness, etc... Everything has been thought out, down to the last detail, for your comfort. Large and charming bedroom, private bathroom with shower, access to a fully equipped summer kitchen (open 7 months a year) as well as to the garden and the barbecue.

Each of the 2 accommodations (independent of our house) is completely new, both in construction and in furniture and equipment. Vast, bright, and cosy, the large 19 m² bedroom has a large 160*200 bed, large storage, an office space (for teleworkers), and a relaxation area (armchairs, 50" HD TV, wifi).

Each 6 m² bathroom has a shower, a large washbasin and a WC. The continental breakfast, based on homemade products for the most part and at will, is offered as an option for the sum of €8.50 per person and per day. Failing this, you have a coffee maker and kettle, or we can go, on order placed the evening before, to go for you to the bakery to pick up your order, for the simple price of the purchase ticket for your products.

Finally, private spaces (only for you) are at your disposal to complete your stay:
- fully fitted and equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, 4-burner gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, all utensils and crockery).
- relaxation-garden area (deckchairs, armchairs and garden table, parasol) and relaxation-cooking area (barbecue).
This accommodation is unfortunately not compatible with the needs of disabled people.
Chez Lucat is in Le Grallet, in the south-east of Breuillet, a stone's throw from the beaches of Nauzan, the Grande Côte, and the Côte Sauvage. Our town borders Mornac sur Seudre (listed), Vaux sur Mer and Saint Palais sur Mer, and Saint Sulpice de Royan. It is the base ideally located in the calm of the many tourists who crisscross the coast, while being 10 minutes from the beaches, or from Royan, 15 minutes from Palmyre or oyster ports such as La Tremblade or Marennes.

Parking, secure and private, is free.
1) breakfasts
You can organize it yourself in the summer kitchen, or order it from us for the price of € 8.50 per person per day. We can also, on order the night before, supply your bakery items, for the simple price of the ticket in question.

2) detergents
If you need, we make it for you for the price of 4 €.

3) tourism
We will be there to help you have a great time, everything is thought out for your well-being. A complete guide is available in your accommodation, as well as local tourist brochures. We will be delighted to advise you on ideas for walks (both on foot and on loaner bicycles), entertainment, or good restaurants. Do not hesitate to contact us.

- Coming from the A10 motorway (exit Saintes), follow the N150 then bypass Royan by the D25 (dir les Mathes, la Palmyre), up to the roundabout dir Breuillet on the right (located 2.2 km from we). Go through Taupignac, then turn left onto Route de la Grange, to reach Chemin des Mouriers on the left. We are at number 14, on the right.
- Coming from the south of Royan, the same via the D25 towards Les Mathes.
- Coming from the North, cross the town of Breuillet, as far as the Route de la Grange on the right.
