A courtyard with summer shower and garden furniture for outdoor dining.
Upstairs: 2 independent bedrooms: 1 with double bed (140x190) + wardrobe and the other smaller with 2 bunk beds + chest of drawers. Good bedding in the 2 bedrooms (bed pad + pillows) + paper protection changed for each tenant.
