NOCNOC welcomes you to this exceptional property with a view of the Erdre, an indoor swimming pool and a beautiful terrace equipped with garden furniture. This 203m2 villa on 4 floors will accommodate up to 14 travellers.

The villa consists of:

- A large living room with 1 sofa convertible into a double bed,
- An equipped kitchen open to the dining area with a large table to accommodate 14 guests
- Bedroom 1: 1 bed 140x200cm and 1 bed 90x190cm,
- Bedroom 2: 1 bed 140x200cm,
- Bedroom 3: 1 bed 140x200cm,
- Bedroom 4: 1 bed 140x200cm,
- Bedroom 5: 1 bed 140x200cm,
- Bedroom 6 - parental suite: 1 bed 140x200cm and a bathroom with bathtub,
- 2 other bathrooms as well as 2 separate WCs are present in the villa.

A terrace with a view of the Erdre equipped with garden furniture and an electric plancha as well as a covered and heated swimming pool.

Regarding the dimensions of the swimming pool, it measures 3m in length and 2m in width, for a depth of 1.65m.

The swimming pool is prohibited after 11 p.m. and limited to 4 people. In addition, the door must be kept closed for security reasons.

The villa also has a closed garage for parking 2 vehicles.

Passenger access:
You have access to the entire property as well as a garage that can hold up to 2 cars.

Other remarks:
All our accommodations are equipped with free Wi-Fi, hotel quality towels and sheets, toiletries and a Nespresso coffee machine. You can join a member of our team for the duration of your stay.

End of stay cleaning is included in the rental as well as the provision of bed linen, towels, tea towels and other consumables. The beds will also be prepared before your arrival. A flat rate of €181 for the stay is therefore invoiced for these services.

A deposit is required for the apartment, a pre-authorization on your card will be made the day before your arrival and will be released 7 days after your departure. The deposit will only be debited in the event of a problem during your stay. In the event of a party or significant noise pollution for the neighborhood, the deposit may be debited.

Ideal for families with children (a travel cot can be provided free of charge on request).

The apartment is also ideal for your professional events (seminars, training, travel, etc.) thanks to a large living room and a large table.
