Fully equipped kitchen area with fridge and freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine.
Cellar, shower room and separate WC.
To enjoy the sun outside, you have a tree-lined and shaded terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, sun loungers.
1 reserved and free parking space.

The reservation will be effective after sending a rental contract between the parties with a reservation of 30% deposit in check, the remainder of the amount of the stay upon taking the rental on the day of your arrival, preferably in cash.
Sheets and towels not provided,
Heating, water, electricity included. Pets not allowed.
Cleanliness, end of stay cleaning €60 which will be deducted from the deposit if not clean.
Deposit €400 by check which will be returned at the end of the stay after inventory.
