This beautiful gated urbanización has splendid gardens situated near Villamartin on the Orihuela Costa.
It is only a short drive to the sea and numerous beaches. With Villamartin Plaza only about 20 minutes walk, with a supermarket and numerous bars and restaurants.
The apartment consists of a large double bedroom, with hotel style double bed with twin 900 wide single mattresses, wardrobes and drawer storage, bedside tables, usb charge point, a kitchen with oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher etc. a lounge area with comfortable corner sofa and Smart TV. Dining area with table and chairs. A spacious private patio/terrace area. A utility room housing a washing machine, freezer, iron/ board, drying rack, cleaning utensils etc.
