This mini-villa is ideally located in a neat residence with swimming pool, poolhouse and wooded park: not overlooked, no passage and magnificent sea view.
It is composed of a large living room with integrated kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Each of the 2 rooms has its own air conditioning.
From the living room, a bay window overlooks the large half-stone, half-wood terrace and enjoys a breathtaking sea view over the bay of Santa Giulia for moments of relaxation. The bedroom also opens directly onto the terrace.
Private enjoyment of a cleverly planted garden which will offer you a little freshness on summer evenings.
In summary, an ideal base for enjoying a quiet holiday with a sea view at all times.

"Séjour merveilleux."
Très bon séjour. Tout est fait pour que le séjour se déroule agréablement. Gite bien équipé. Belle terrasse avec vue sur la mer. Bon accueil par Fabienne. Accueil et suivi téléphonique très cordial du propriétaire.

"Magnifique séjour sur les Hauteurs de Santa Giulia"
Nous avons séjourné la première quinzaine de juillet à 4 (2 adultes et 2 grandes Ados) dans la Mini villa Sole Livante à Porto Vecchio et avons passé un très agréable séjour.
La mini-villa dispose d'une très belle vue sur la mer dans un parc arboré de toute beauté. La terrasse est grande ce qui nous a permis d'apprécier le chant des cigales.
La maison est bien équipée, les couchages bien pensés, pas besoin de déplier un canapé-lit tous les matins, la climatisation est très appréciable ainsi que les places de parking.
La piscine est très grande et propre. Les plages sont absolument magnifiques et accessibles en voiture. On peut éventuellement accéder à la plus proche, celle de Santa Gilia à pied, mais le retour en montée sous un soleil de plomb peut être un peu pénible...
La communication avec le propriétaire est excellente, tout s'est parfaitement bien passé avant le départ, pendant le séjour et après notre retour.
Nous recommandons ce lieu sans oublier d'apporter un anti-moustique. Ces derniers nous ont particulièrement aimés...

"A recommander les yeux fermés"
Annonce fiable et trés ressemblante à la réalité. C'est un logement confortable et adapté pour 2 adultes 2 enfants. Peu de connexion pour les téléphones mais ce sont les vacances ! Profitez de la vue de la terrasse plutot. Piscine (à 5 min du logement à pied) est trés grande comparé à d'autres résidences. Logement à recommander sans hésitation et nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir si nous le pouvons. Pour finir, la communication avec le propriétaire est trés fluide. prévoir l'anti moustique et l'anti fourmi (sur toute l'ile)

Merci pour votre commentaire. En temps normal la réception des différents opérateurs télécom est très bonne à la mini-villa, mais il y a effectivement eu de gros soucis cette année au mois d'Août sur le réseau SFR dans toute la région.

Deuxième séjour et toujours aussi bien. Résidence calme, belle piscine, terrasse avec magnifique vue... propriétaire à l'écoute de ses locataires. Nous reviendrons.

"Prestations au top. Situation privilégiée"
Notre 2eme séjour en 2 ans. Nous avons retrouvé la mini villa avec grand plaisir. Confort haut de gamme avec la cuisine équipée et la climatisation. Mention spéciale pour la grande terrasse où nous prenons nos repas. Ensoleillée le matin et ombragée le soir, elle a probablement la plus belle vue sur le golfe de toute la résidence. La région de Porto Vecchio propose des découvertes variées, et des paysages grandioses.

Superbe villa, très bien équipée. Dans une residence calme et facile d acces. Avec une magnifique vue de la terrasse extérieur, à couper le souffle. Propriétaire très sympathique et disponible. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
