Mini Villa 70 m², in our small, quiet residence of 8 dwellings closed by electric gate, with garden in Porto-Vecchio.
You will find 200 meters from the residence the stop of the free electric shuttle which will drop you off at the Citadel or the Port.
You are 300 meters from the shops,
Unmaintained wild sea access, suitable for walks and swimming, restaurant at the water's edge, open in season: 5 minutes on foot.
The house consists of:
• on the ground floor
- a bedroom with a 140 or 160 bed with its bathroom (sink, shower, WC)
- the kitchen opening onto the living room is equipped with an electric hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, kitchen utensils, iron
- living room with sofa bed, TV (80 cm flat screen)
• the air-conditioned floor consists of two very attic bedrooms, each with two 90 cm beds that can be pushed together, a small bathroom (sink, shower, WC)
Covered terrace, barbecue, with small private garden with sun lounger
Also a shared garden with lawn, and sun loungers as well as a 4 meter by 4 meter pool (70 cm deep) to cool off
Closed private parking with digital code gate (code provided on arrival)
Free WiFi access
Sheets (one pair per bed for the stay), bath mats, are provided
Baby cot (umbrella) provided; baby bath & baby chair & high chair on request and subject to availability (provided free of charge)
Location :
- car and scooter rental 5 to 10 minutes walk
- Old Town (Citadel) or the port, 5 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot (or free electric shuttle 200 meters away on foot which will drop you off at the port and the citadel)
- bakery, butcher, tobacconist, brewery between 5 to 10 minutes on foot
- “Géant” supermarket 5 minutes walk
- unmaintained wild sea access, suitable for walks and swimming, restaurant at the water's edge, open in season: 5 minutes on foot
