The fully equipped kitchen, with large fridge freezer, and dining room are to the left, . The bathroom leads off the kitchen. It has a w.c as well as a bath, overhead shower and wash basin.
The conservatory is off the dining area with patio doors out to the terrace. There is a drop from the patio to the garden at the end of the terrace this is not fenced.
Stairs from the lounge up to the first floor, left is the master bedroom and bathroom with a bath, overhead shower attachment, w.c and wash basin. Right are 3 further bedrooms, 1 double bedroom, another large bedroom which has a sofa and a cot and a small bedroom

The garden to the front of the house is for your private use and it extends to the side and around to
another gite where you share the garden, there is no fencing dividing the house and gite. There is
