La Petite Chouette is a completely renovated old stone mazet built over two floors.
The first floor includes a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, as well as a cosy living room that opens onto the large terrace overlooking the lower fields and gardens.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom will provide you with every comfort (ideal for a family).
Outside, enjoy a glass of local wine under the awning or a barbecue on the main terrace, surrounded by flowering gardens.

The small stream that runs alongside the property, the swimming pool and its many terraces, will allow everyone to relax in complete tranquillity.
Close to all amenities (all shops 5 minutes away by car), at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail, in the heart of the Vaucluse vineyards, just a few kilometers from Avignon or Mont Ventoux, there are plenty of possibilities to occupy the day before a good meal on the terrace.

Note
La Petite Chouette has only one indoor bathroom.
The property can accommodate 6 people, but given the modest size of the bathroom, a maximum of 4 adults is allowed.
The property is ideal for a family with children, 1 or 2 couples.

Please also note that the staircases in the house are narrow and circular.
