Welcome to Mas le Nogier, where we welcome you in the middle of chestnut and cherry trees, in an authentic Ardéchoise house from the 18th century.
Very close to the house (5 minutes), swimming areas in the middle of nature with waterfalls and many walks or mountain bike rides, in the forest or with panoramic views of the Mont d'Ardèche.

This charming two-room apartment/gîte with vaulted ceilings bears witness to the wine-growing history of this 18th century Ardèche house. Its exposed stone walls provide a refreshing respite even on the hottest days of summer and it is easily adaptable to the diverse needs of visitors - suitable for a couple, friends or family.

The first room is equipped with a kitchen/dining/lounge area, and has a convertible sofa that converts into a quality double bed. In the bedroom there is the choice between a large 180 bed or twin beds, as well as a second sofa which can be used as a bed for a young child.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom and an independent entrance that opens either onto an outdoor courtyard or onto a terrace – both with direct access to the garden.

The owners live in a part of the house which offers two lodgings to travellers. It is with pleasure that they will welcome you, provide you with the equipment you may need, and provide you with all the useful practical and tourist information.

The outdoor spaces have been arranged so that each apartment has its place of privacy and tranquility.

A stone's throw from flourishing nature, walks and hikes on foot or by mountain bike starting from the house, orchards, forests of chestnut trees, places to swim, waterfall and panoramic views of the Ardèche mountains.

Relaxation in the countryside with everything close at hand: festivals, concerts, villages of character, markets, rivers...

2km from the center of the village of Vesseaux, its shops, sports grounds (tennis, volleyball, handball, football and a skatebowl) and its 12th century church.

10 minutes from Aubenas with its beautiful castle, its market and its entertainment throughout the summer.

To enjoy the outdoors there are terraces and gardens, as well as an outdoor kitchen with griddle and dining area.

In the village of Vesseaux you will find the necessary amenities, playgrounds and sports fields: tennis, beach soccer/volleyball, mountain biking, skate bowl, and finally a historic center with a 12th century church.

Nearby are the beautiful villages of Vogüé, Balazuc, Antraigues, Vinezac, Alba-la-Romaine and many more.
Vallon-Pont-d'Arc and Grotte Chavet 2 are easily accessible.
