Each visitor is seduced by this region rich in picturesque little villages, by its very varied vegetation, composed in particular of oak forests, cedars and a profusion of these so famous "herbes de Provence".
Renting this holiday home will be perfect for large families or groups of friends.
The large house of Mas PETIT MIRACLE is distinguished by its sober and refined decor. The partially covered interior courtyard is the heart of this house. From here we join the 5 double bedrooms with their bathroom, the large kitchen with vaulted dining room and the living room with its fireplace and billiards table.
A sunny terrace on the kitchen side with a breathtaking view of Mont Ventoux invites you to breakfast.
The private swimming pool is surrounded by a well-kept garden and the pétanque square invites you to spend quality time together.

La location ne comprend pas les repas.
ACOMPTES
Les réservations ne sont considérées comme fixes qu’accompagnées d’acompte d’une valeur de 40% du montant de la location.
Si le locataire se désiste du contrat, le montant revient au loueur, au cas où la maison ne puisse être louée autrement.
PAIEMENTS
Le reste du loyer est à payer trois semaines avant le début du séjour (nous vous recommandons de prendre une assurance couvrant les annulations).
FRAIS RETENUS EN CAS D'ANNULLATION (% du loyer) :
3 semaines avant le séjour : 60%
2 semaines avant le séjour : 80%
1 semaine avant le séjour : 100%
Si la maison peut être louée autrement, le loyer est restitué au locataire en déduction d’un forfait de 200 €, plus les frais éventuels pour les annonces.
CAUTION
Un chèque de 700 € est à déposer à l’arrivée.
En cas de dégâts éventuels, le montant des réparations sera déduit de la caution, la différence restituée au locataire.
Les tarifs mentionnés sont donnés à titre indicatif et sont susceptibles d’être modifiés par l’établissement.
