Located at the entrance of the village of Visan, a small village of the Enclave of the Popes, the Mas du Batadou is a beautiful Provencal farmhouse, fully restored, combining modernity and authenticity.

This beautiful farmhouse of 300 m² is ideal to stay with family or friends, its layout allows everyone to find his space and enjoy the holidays. Relaxation, cicadas, sun, ... here is the program!

It can accommodate 14 people and consists of 7 rooms of 20 to 45 m² with private bathrooms and toilets (5 with walk-in shower and 1 with bath and walk-in shower) in the main building.
The 7th bedroom is adjacent to the farmhouse and has a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

On the ground floor :
- two beautiful living rooms open onto the pool and a covered terrace for outdoor dining in the summer
- a large living room with dining room and a beautiful kitchen (induction cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer)
- a large living room with Hi-Fi equipment (TV, sitting area, DVD player)
- a bedroom for 2 persons
- a laundry room (washing machine, ironing board, ...) and a toilet are also on the ground floor

Upstairs :
- 5 bedrooms for 2 people. Possibility of changing the configuration of double or twin rooms on request at the time of booking

Outside :
- a beautiful enclosed garden of 700 m² with private pool (sound alarm, 7 x 7 m), covered terrace, summer kitchen, sanitary outdoor, petanque, ping-pong, garden furniture, deck chairs, barbecue (gas) , ...
- but also a private parking closed by a gate for vehicles

Attention, the house is in a quiet area of the village and does not allow to receive groups of parties (noisy especially at night)
