This Catalan farmhouse, with exposed stones, is a renovated 18th century watermill. Quiet, it offers a superb view of the Pyrenees mountains.
It consists of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a mezzanine, an office, a kitchen, a large living room and a dining room with an extendable table for 12 people. Capacity of 15 people max (3 double beds, a sofa bed, 7 single beds). 12 adults can stay there comfortably.

The cottage is partly air-conditioned.
A barbecue is at your disposal to enjoy the summer evenings.
Ideally located between Perpignan and Prades, the farmhouse is easily accessible by the expressway (20 min from Perpignan and the A9, 1 hour from Girona airport).
Between sea and mountains, it is less than 25 min from the beach of Canet, 40 min from the creeks of Collioure and 1 hour from Spain, 30 min from the Pyrenees.
Activities nearby: hiking, cycling, fishing, tree climbing, visits to typical Catalan villages (Castelnou, Illes sur Tet organ), discovery of the region (Byrrh cellars, oil mill), Tautavel museum, Cathar castles, Abbey of St Michel de Cuxa, aquarium of Canet, …

"Magnifique séjour entre amis"
Nous étions un groupe de quinze amis en weekend dans cette merveilleuse maison, qui est parfaite pour des groupes d'amis ou familles.
Très propre, avec des grands espaces, grand jardin et grande piscine. L'encadrement est de rêve, nous avons fait une belle randonnée autour des vignes.
On y retournera l'année prochaine !

"Semaine au top"
Idéalement situé cet ancien moulin est entre mer et montagne ce qui permet un maximum d’activités pour satisfaire chacun. Les chambres permettent une indépendance totale garce a leur salle de bain et wc attenant. L’électroménager est de qualité.
