Charming and traditional French manor house, with cornflower blue shutters which has been recently refurbished to a very high standard, located by a very quiet road in rolling countryside close to the village of Soumensac in north Lot et Garonne. The small bastide town of Duras with its château, restaurants, cafés and bars is a short drive, and Eymet with its many restaurants, cafés and bars is also a short drive. When the cottage is also booked, there are 7 bedrooms in total which can accommodate up to 14 people and is ideal for larger multi-generation families. The main house has 3 bedrooms, the downstairs wing has 2 bedrooms and the separate cottage, which is great for grandparents or those wishing more privacy, has another 2 bedrooms. It is well located in easy reach of the many tourist attractions. Here you will find peace and tranquility with time to unwind and relax, time to enjoy precious family time. The surrounding stunning scenery takes in the sprawling vineyards of this largest wine producing area of France; most of them offer wine tasting on the premises.
