• on the ground floor: a large living / dining room with a kitchen (fully equipped), a laundry room with washing machine and a toilet
• upstairs: you will find a bathroom with double sink with tub / shower, a toilet, 4 bedrooms (storage + 1 double bed)
You can enjoy a private garden with terrace, garden furniture and barbecue.
Access to the garage.
Garden toys for children.

Bedding and towels can be hired on request.
Towns with shops: Plévenon / Matignon / Fréhel / Erquy.
