It overlooks a large garden with terrace. living room kitchen 35M2.
Bedroom 1: a 160 bed plus a 140 floor mattress available.
Bedroom 2: a 140 bed. Plus a trundle bed, i.e. a single bed plus a 90 pull-out bed.
Bedroom 3: a 140 bed. Plus a trundle bed, i.e. a single bed plus a 90 pull-out bed.
Living room 1 a sofa bed in 160.
Living room 2 in the basement is not part of the rental contract but can be made available free of charge if possible and on request. The place may be occupied by my belongings. there is a sofa bed in 140. and putting mattresses on the floor is possible.
Reminder, bed linen is not provided but if you are unable to do so, the option is possible for 7 euros per bed and 2 euros per bath towel.
Close to Paris, the Stade de France and public transport (RER D Pierrefitte stains, metro line 13 saint denis university - line H épinay villetaneuse) and 1/2 hour by car from the asterix park. It is the ideal place to rest with family or friends. But be careful, no big party.

PS: There is in the property (the house) a private outbuilding (a studio) which is sometimes inhabited. Nothing in common to share with this other location apart from the 1st entrance door.

Other conditions
Bed linen can be exceptionally provided but it is an option, 6 euros per bed. Otherwise the beds are only equipped with a protective cover and cushions. A housekeeper comes before and after each rental. But it is up to the tenant to ensure a minimum of storage inside and outside the house. Storage of crockery and garden furniture, sweeping and sponging the surfaces.

"Parfait un super séjour."
C'était parfait un super séjour en famille. La maison est au propriétaire, il vit dedans et là loue quand il est en vacances ou déplacement donc il y a tout le confort nécessaire, comme à la maison. Un service de ménage passe juste avant votre arrivée. Le rapport qualité prix en vraiment bon quand on est à plusieurs. Les transports en commun sont pas loin. Il y a un beau jardin, on a pu faire des grillades en février :). En 30 à 40 minutes on est au centre de Paris. On peut se garer facilement dans le quartier et c'est gratuit. Bref notre séjour en famille était vraiment chouette. Je recommande.
