At the gates of the Monts d'Ardèche regional natural park, on the outskirts of the Southern Cévennes Park, the medieval village of Vans awaits you!

Our house is 400 m from the center of Les Vans, in a very quiet and beautifully rural area.

Close to swimming (also accessible on foot in 20 minutes via footpath), and various activities offered locally.

The upper floor of the house that we are offering you is made up of 3 bedrooms, a separate toilet with window, a shower room/sink, a living room opening onto a beautiful terrace overlooking the garden and surrounding areas, a fitted kitchen opening onto the terrace.
The large garden of 1500 m² is fenced; it is shared with the owners living on the ground floor of the house.
A parking space is reserved for holidaymakers in the courtyard.

There are many pleasures you can have discovering our beautiful region.

Various sporting and leisure activities in the Vans sector itself limit travel by car if desired.
The Vans market on Saturday mornings is renowned!

To the right of the Post Office in the village of Les Vans, take the road to Champfagou which goes up; follow it up to a small crossing with rubbish containers. The Sentier des Passets is the cul-de-sac that descends.
