The 1400 m² garden is enclosed and landscaped with stone walls, olive grove, fenced swimming pool and bowling alley as well as a 100 m² terrace with an arbor to the south and a covered part to the west, outdoor furniture, gas barbecue.
An electric gate and a shelter for 2 cars.
The house is organized on a large living room with a lounge (library, television, enclosure, fireplace), a living room with a large table and 8 chairs as well as a kitchen with all the necessary equipment, pantry, laundry room. A toilet in the entrance hall.
4 bedrooms each with a 140x190 cm bed:
- one upstairs with dressing room, bathroom (Italian shower), wc
- one, independent with access from the covered terrace, shower room, wc
- 2 on the ground floor with a large adjoining bathroom (Italian shower, bathtub, double sinks)
We are about 500 m from the village center with grocery store, bakery and butcher. And 500 m from the Cedars forest with the start of a botanical trail and a fitness trail.
You are in the heart of the Luberon park and all its beautiful villages such as Gordes, Ménerbes, Lacoste among others.
Avignon 30 minutes away with the Palais des Papes and its famous bridge!

"maison parfaite pour des vacances en famille /amis"
Nous avons loué 2 semaines la maison (4 adultes + 4 enfants)
La maison est très agréable, joliment décorée et spécieuse.
Les extérieurs sont très bien entretenus. La terrasse est très grande, l'espace piscine sécurisé pour les jeunes enfants.
Tout était parfait : l'accueil, la communication avec les propriétaires, la maison, l' emplacement...
Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Journey in July 2022
"Maison parfaite et au calme absolu"
Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette maison magnifique en juillet 2022 et nous avons adoré notre séjour! Il n'y a rien de négatif à dire vraiment. La maison est spacieuse et pratique et le jardin est grand et offre un espace clôturé pour que les enfants puissent bouger en toute liberté. Et alors la piscine (clôturé du reste de la proprietaire), un rêve! Elle était toujours rafraichissante même en période de canicule mi-juillet. Nous ne savons pas comment les proprietaires font, mais cette piscine est juste superbe. Le village de Cabrières-d'Avignon est calme et charmante, avec un petit supermarché et une petite boulangerie. On peut donc acheter tout ce qu'il faut à pied (si on n'a pas envie de passer du temps dans des grandes surfaces). Le barbecue était super pratique et facile à gérer. Les proprietaires Frédérique et Manu étaient toujours disponibles en cas de question et nous ont conseillé quand notre fille avait besoin d'aller voir un médecin. Un grand merci! Nous aimerions bien revenir un jour!
