We offer you our friendly and warm house of 110 m² on a plot of 1000 m² with a large garden with swimming pool and furnished terrace for your meals and moments of "lazy" relaxation.
The house is fully equipped with underfloor air conditioning.
Located in 13116 VERNÈGUES, between Aix-en-Provence and the Luberon. Close to the Pont Royal International Golf Course.
Nearby: bakery, shops for amenities, tobacconist, pizzeria, pharmacy.
The center of the village of VERNÈGUES - CAZAN is less than a kilometer away. A play park equipped for children is below the house.

For your activities by car: beaches 40 minutes away, La Barben Zoo 20 minutes away and the Mistral castle, Aix-en-Provence 30 minutes away, Salon-de-Provence 20 minutes away as well as the surrounding Provence villages: GORDES - LOURMARIN - CUCURON - ROGNES - LES BAUX-DE-PROVENCE - ROUSSILLON - MÈNERBES.
