Swimming-poolMaison Marsanne with its entrance on the side, consists on the ground floor of a kitchen (dishwasher, hob, microwave/oven, fridge, freezer, coffeemaker, toaster) with dining-place (6 people), a living-room with large arched doors on the side and in front, leading to the terrace, a small room for the washing machine. In the hall-way there is a toilet and the stairs that lead to the first floor, where you will find the 2 bedrooms (with twin beds 90 x 200) each with their own shower room with toilet and wash-bowl. One room has an extra bed.
The terrace is on the side and in front of the house. View to pool, forest and Pyrenees.
Banks, shops, bakery and good restaurants within 10 mins at Chalabre, 20 mins at medieval Mirepoix and 25 mins at Limoux (markets on Friday).
You can make magnificent walks around Domaine La Flotte and enjoy the unspoilt nature or explore the surroundings walking or on a mountain-bike.
You can make use of the (shared) swimming pool (round, 6 m) or go to one of the nearby lakes: Lac Montbel or Lac de Puivert, where you can swim, surf, sail or hire a pedalo. You can hire canoes/kayak nearby (river Aude) or visit an adventure park.

From 6 weeks to 3 weeks before the start of the stay 65% of the total rental amount will be payable. From 3 weeks before the start of the stay the total rental amount will be payable.
We strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance, or better still, multi-risk insurance covering cancellation costs, medical expenses, repatriation, luggage, etc.

"Un petit coin de Paradis !"
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille au domaine de le Flotte.
Le gite est au milieu de la nature, dans un coin magnifique entouré de forets où l'on peut se balader, il y a même des chevaux dans l'enclos juste à coté de la maison... dépaysement garanti !
Le gite est très bien équipé et très bien entretenu. Les logements sont très fonctionnel avec 1 salle de bain par chambre et une grande salle de vie pour se réunir nombreux. Le jardin est grand est très joli, on peut se réunir avec plusieurs tables disponible pour manger à l'extérieur. La piscine, un petit plus a une jolie vue sur les environs.
le propriétaire est très agréable et serviable. Je recommande vivement ce magnifique gite de groupes.

"EXCELLENT"
Venus avec toute la famille pour visiter la région, nous avons pleinement profité de cette belle maison avec ces grands volumes et une vue sur les Pyrénées. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine !
