New house (delivery May 2020) in the village of Sampzon between Vallon-Pont-d'Arc (6 km) and Ruoms (6 km); 400 m from the Ardèche river.

Bedding: 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90x190, 1 bedroom bed 160x200, in the living room convertible to 160x200.
Linens provided.
The beds of the rooms will be made on your arrival, except the sofa bed.
Provide table and bathroom linen.
Baby equipment: bath, changing mat, cot, high chair.

Arrival after 6 p.m. except exception on request; departure before 9 am.
