Table tennis PlaygroundA little further along the forest is the "Carriou", a 100 m² wooden house with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, for 7 people.
The house was built in the style of a local farm building using local materials. Particular attention was paid to insulation and air treatment (Canadian well). The many windows offer a breathtaking view of the surrounding forest and a covered terrace invites you to never leave again.
You will find :
• on the ground floor: a living-dining room opening onto a large covered terrace facing south and east, an open-plan kitchen and a bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine and WC
• upstairs, two bedrooms with a double bed (140x200cm) and a double bed (160x200cm), a bedroom with three single beds and a second bathroom with shower and WC.
The house is located on an unfenced plot of 3000 m² on the edge of the forest
You can park next to the house in the shade.
