The house l'Escale des Douets Fleuris is a new house built in 2021, quietly located, offering all the comfort for a pleasant family or friends vacation. Situated in a residential area, the Douets Fleuris Stopover is ideally positioned to enjoy the beaches (several sandy beaches are less than 3 km away) or visit Cancale and its surroundings. Within walking distance, you have access to various shops (bakery, butcher, supermarket, etc.).
The house features a beautiful dining area with a modern and functional open kitchen. This space is flooded with light thanks to a large bay window that provides direct access to the outside and the wooden terrace. Adjacent to this dining area, you'll find a separate cozy lounge equipped with a comfortable sofa and an armchair; it's an ideal spot for watching television in peace. Upstairs, there are 3 comfortable bedrooms: the first bedroom offers a double bed 160 X 200. The second is equipped with 2 single beds 90 X 190, and the third has a double bed 140 X 190 and offers a large closet.
The house sits on a plot of approximately 200 m2. You can enjoy a large south-facing wooden terrace. In good weather, a garden furniture set is set up for meals, with a barbecue available. You can park 2 cars in front of the garage where bicycles can be stored. The house has 2 bathrooms, one on the ground floor with a shower, and the other upstairs with a bathtub, along with 2 toilets. No WIFI is available.
