Unique alliance between a family home and a spacious loft. In fact, the two sets communicate, leaving the possibility of offering particular independence (TV lounge, kitchen, bathroom, private toilet) to the two occupants of the loft (older children, couple wanting more peace and quiet, etc.)
Everything leaves the choice to a united whole with two elegant universes. All 2 minutes from the beaches.
The accommodation offers 3 bedrooms in the house part and a fourth bedroom on the mezzanine in the Loft part.
The numerous amenities will offer you great comfort: two kitchens, 3 bathrooms, 2 TV areas.
The terrace can also be modulated into a large space or two separate spaces thanks to a retractable screen.
A shed is at your disposal to store your equipment (bikes, beach games and others, etc.)
