Very quiet fishing cottage with 2 bedrooms (one 160x200 bed and the other upstairs with 2 beds: one 90x190 and the other 140x190), a bathroom (with a shower, toilet, 2 sinks, washing machine, hair dryer, towel dryer), an integrated kitchen open to the living room (35 square meters): microwave, dishwasher, hob, refrigerator with a freezer section, fireplace, living room, TV, internet access (WIFI)

On the covered terrace (45 square meters): view of the Lot, barbecue, hammock, deckchairs, garden furniture ...

Direct (private) access to the river with wooden terrace on the water (45 square meters)
Possibility to use the boat (oars and life jackets x2)
Possibility to use electric motor (supplement payable on rental)

Covered garage for one vehicle + bike room and equipment storage
