This house is located in a farmhouse including the gîte, a farmhouse in which my wife and I live, and a large troglodytic cellar.
The entrance to the farm is shared by the 2 houses, the gîte has its private garden and a play area for children (trampoline, table football, small billiards and other games, etc.)
You can park your cars in the courtyard.

We are located in a small village 3 km from the Château de Brézé (a castle under the castle).
7 km from Fontevraud Abbey and its modern art museum.
7 km from Center Parcs: Le Bois au Daims.
10 km from Montreuil-Bellay (pretty little town with its fortified castle).
24 km from the Bioparc de Doué-la-Fontaine.

To do your shopping, go to a restaurant, stroll through the streets, go shopping... you can go to Saumur (12 km): the town of Cadre Noir and the National Riding School.

You can explore the region by bike (many routes are offered), sail on the Loire in a barge, drink good wines in moderation, and perhaps eat fouées in troglodyte restaurants...
