The house is spacious and located 500 m from the town center of La Vraie-Croix.
It is very well equipped with fitted kitchen, hob, oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher.
The living room is equipped with a flat screen, two sofas including a convertible and a desk area
The first bedroom is equipped with a 160x200 bed (thickness 25)
The second of two 90x200 beds that can be joined
The bathroom is equipped with a double sink and a large bathtub
The advantages of the house are the proximity of Vannes and the beaches
A disadvantage however, it is located near a level crossing which can cause early morning awakenings, especially outside school periods
