Located on the heights of the sandy beach of Perros Guirec "Trestraou", nautical activities and shops within walking distance (less than 1 Km), in a quiet and residential area, we offer a holiday home completely renovated in 2015 of about 100 M² furnished in a "LOFT" spirit, bright and pleasant to live including:
a large living room (TV LED - Baby foot) opening onto a beautiful wooden terrace facing south/ west
a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, fridge-freezer, hood, microwave combined)
two bedrooms (a bed of 160 and 140) with private bathrooms (wide shower and vanity)
Wc with independent wash hands
laundry room with washing machine
SPA 5 pers with access bathroom in the summer cellar
A garden of about 200 m² enclosed by a gate, parking space
Two wooden terraces facing south and south west with garden furniture (tables and 6 chairs, two deckchairs, a rattan bench with coffee table)
Charcoal and electric barbecue
Underfloor heating with heat pump and radiator in the bathrooms
Thermodynamic water heater
Lighting managed by home automation
The spa is wintered from mid-November until the April holidays.
Rental all year, minimum 4 nights
School holidays only by the week, arrival on Saturday or Sunday
July/August minimum 14 nights
