Starting point for hikes to Puig Neulós (alt. 1257 m.); 3 tennis lessons; Euro Vélo 8 cycle path. The beaches 14 km away, Collioure 18 km away, the Museu Dalí de Figueres 45 km away, Barcelona 2 hours away.
The house is located in the heart of the village, 5 minutes walk from the Tourist Office, a variety of small traditional shops, excellent bakers, butchers, delicatessens, weekly Wednesday market. Also on site, pharmacy, newsagent, seven good restaurants, cafes and magnificent take-away pizzas. Cash dispenser at La Poste.
Casa del Puig is a very quiet village house, with accommodation (55 m²) and terrace (25 m²) offering magnificent views of the old village and the Canigó, all on the first floor. Living room with cable and decoder television, spacious and fully equipped kitchen-dining room, 2 bedrooms (A. 140cm bed / B. 2 90cm beds). Bathroom. Bed linen, towels. Plancha and outdoor dining area. Air conditioning and free private Wi-Fi connection (Orange fiber). Private garage (the street is narrow) on the ground floor for cars, bicycles, motorcycles, etc.
The owners live in the village, ensuring discreet attention to tenants. Native Rocatins, passionate about the history of the village, they will be able to share their knowledge of the region with you.
