A terrace including a table with 5 bar stools and an outdoor lounge with garden furniture and a standing dining table will allow you to enjoy superb meals in the shade of an awning in a quiet and unobstructed environment..

The house is located in the heart of the city center with local shops (butcher, caterer, market gardener, bakeries, newsagents, restaurants, pizzerias, U Express) just a few steps away.
The house is also located 15 minutes from the beaches (Le Grau-du-Roi, La Grande-Motte) and 45 minutes from the Cévennes.
